The IIOC Institute of Qur’an is led by Ustadha Badia Khazaal. Before applying, students and parents are encouraged to read the rules of the program. Please note that the strictness of these rules are not meant to discourage students to apply; but rather to facilitate the best utilization of time by all parties.

For the Hifdh program, a limited number serious advanced students will be accepted and will be able, upon successful completion of this program, to finish the memorization of the Qur’an within one, two, or three years. Only students who are very qualified in reading fluency and tajweed will be accepted due to the high intensity and advanced level of this program.
